A collection as ours is very hard to match! The rich and multi-faceted Matisse wine list is compiled according to grape variety. It is not limited to a special geographical region and provides an opportunity to choose the perfect addition to dinner as well as taste the unique wines. For example, Sauvignon from the legendary winemaker Didier Dagueneau. We also have the extensive white Burgundy - from the simplest Chablis to the most old and rare Montrachet, along with the representatives of the red wines – starting from Pinot Noir, up to classic Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot and Australian Shiraz. In addition to the assortment of expensive wines, such as Chateau Petrus, there are those that have been bought at auction - Madeira 1814 (Bual Solera) and 1802 (Oscar Acciaoly Terrantez Reserve), brandy, sweet wine Sauternes from the early beginning of the XX century, and even vintage representatives of Champagne - for example, Tattinger Comtes de Champagne Rose Brut or Dom Ruinard Rose 1996. Restaurant Matisse is open from 7am all the way till midnight. Breakfasts are available in the buffet style to CITYHOTEL guests from 7am to 10am on weekdays and from 8am to 11am on weekends.
