PHONE, EMAIL, AND SMS MESSAGES

We offer Users the choice of how to receive messages from us. Our emails and newsletters are sent only to those who have subscribed to our mailing list or have expressed a desire to receive information. Our messages explain to the User how to unsubscribe or “opt-out” of receiving newsletters and messages. The Company may also contact Users with a request to participate in market research if they give permission for this.

The main communication channel between the Company and the User is email messages. By filling out the subscription or order form and checking the box about familiarization with the Privacy Policy and receiving informational mailings, the User consents to the processing of their personal data and receiving messages to their own email address or phone.

PURPOSE, BASIS OF COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION

The Company collects, processes, and uses Users’ personal information in order to provide the best possible services, as well as to improve services and offerings, conduct advertising and marketing, statistical research, meet Users’ needs for quality service and information, including providing offers taking into account the convenience and location of the User, providing new relevant offers and new service offerings, etc.

The Company uses personal information for the purpose of: processing Users’ requests and claims by the support service; sending requested information about hotel services, selected reservations, orders, etc.; informing about special offers and promotions of the Company; conducting analysis of the operation of additional services and/or offerings to improve the operation of the Site; processing individual User requests. The purpose of processing personal data must be determined before their collection begins.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Company takes measures to ensure the protection of personal data at all stages of their processing, including through organizational and technical measures, independently determining the list and composition of measures aimed at the security of personal data processing, taking into account the requirements of legislation in the fields of personal data protection and information security. Protection of personal data includes measures aimed at preventing their accidental loss or destruction, unlawful processing, including unlawful destruction or access to personal data.

Personal data, depending on the method of their storage (paper, electronic media), will be processed in such a way as to prevent access to them by third parties. To ensure the security of personal data processing, special technical protection measures are taken, including to exclude unauthorized access to personal data being processed and the operation of the technical and software complex used to process personal data.

CASES OF DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

Distribution of personal data involves actions to transfer information about a User individual with the consent of the subject of personal data. Distribution of personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data or their authorized person is allowed in cases defined by law and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic welfare, and human rights. The party to whom personal data is transferred must take measures in advance to ensure compliance with the requirements of this Law.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The Company retains data for the time they are needed to fulfill the corresponding processing purposes (e.g., providing service, advertising and marketing services), as well as for the purpose of complying with the requirements of current Ukrainian legislation.

The Company retains information (documents) that confirm the provision of information to the applicant throughout the entire period of personal data processing.

Personal data are subject to removal from the Company’s personal data databases in the event of:

  • – Expiration of the specified data retention period;
  • – Termination of legal relations between the subject of personal data and the owner of the database, unless otherwise provided by law;
  • – Entry into legal force of a court decision to remove data about an individual from the personal data database;
  • – Receipt of a demand from the subject of personal data to stop processing/destroy their data at the email address specified in the Policy.

The Company is obliged to make changes to the data at the request of the subject of personal data if these data are inaccurate or incorrect.

UPDATING THE PRIVACY POLICY

The Company reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. If the Company makes significant changes to the Policy, it will be indicated here. Changes to the Policy may occur by its presentation in a new edition on this Site.

The Company recommends regularly checking the Policy, because using the Site after changes have been made means that the User agrees to such changes to the Policy based on the principle of tacit consent.
