Matisse fine dining restaurant with an exquisite wine room in the very center of Kyiv is located on the 15th floor of the CityHotel. Rooftop restaurant Matisse is a place where nothing will disturb you while enjoying a sophisticated atmosphere and unforgettable cuisine.
The new restaurant concept is a manifesto for seasonal local products and their textures. The menu concept is multi-textured and unusual combinations that allow to taste the change of seasons, as well as the gastronomic diversity of Ukraine in signature dishes.
The À la carte menu or the tasting set combine local ingredients to create unusual and highly personal cuisine and complemented by an exclusive wine list and an elegant minimalist interior with a spectacular view of Kyiv.
Today we offer to our guests:
• Two halls. The hall with the panoramic windows in the laconic style, decorated in beige colors and cozy VIP-hall. At the height of the 15th floor you will be protected from the sounds of the street.
• Wine cellar. We offer our guests a collection of vintage champagne, fine wine and a decent selection of hard liquors.
• First-class service.The restaurant staff appears next to guests only in those cases when it is necessary.
