Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 14:00. Early check-in is available based on room availability. For guaranteed early check-in, we recommend booking the night before. Early check-in between 07:00 and 14:00 is charged at 50% of the daily rate, while arrivals before 07:00 incur a full day’s rate.
Check-out: until 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability. If extended until 20:00, it is charged at 50% of the daily rate, and after 20:00, a full day’s rate applies.
Payment
Payment is accepted in the national currency (UAH). We accept cash, bank transfers, and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellations are available up to 24 hours before the check-in date. Cancellations or changes on the day of arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the daily room rate.
Spa & Gym Access
Private access to the sauna, swimming pool, and relaxation room requires prior booking and incurs an additional fee. Children under 14 are allowed in the spa only when accompanied by an adult. Gym access is included in the room rate. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear while using the gym facilities.
